<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for the electrophotography, with which an image of middle glossiness, having a margin to the occurrence of an offset can be obtained in a belt-heat fixing system and a fixed image having small difference in the glossiness and the middle glossiness can be obtained without changing fixing conditions even when the thickness of a recording material is different. SOLUTION: The toner contains at least a binder resin, a coloring agent and a releasing agent and has such rheological characteristics that the tanδat a temp. of 110 to 130 deg.C is 2 to 8 and within±1 of the tanδat 120 deg.C, when the values of the tanδare measured at the frequency of 1 Hz and the stress of 500 Pa. Further, in the above rheological characteristics mentioned, it is especially preferable that the product of tanδat 120 deg.C and the distortion quantity is 15 to 25, the storage modulus G' is <=1,000 Pa and a temperature at which the tanδis higher by 4 or more than the tanδat a temperature lower by 5 deg.C is >=170 deg.C.</p> |
