PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition enabling simple and sufficient cleansing or removal of make-up and free from irritation to skin and/or eyes and not containing a surfactant. SOLUTION: This composition for cleansing and/or removing make-up from skin and/or mucous membranes and/or eyes comprises a heterogeneous polyholoside. The composition comprise a cosmetically or dermatologically acceptable support and the above polyholoside is prophyleneglycol alginate. Consequently, the invention provide a composition characterized in that it contains cosmetically or dermatolygocally acceptable medium and the above polyholoside is propyleneglycol alginate in the composition for cleansing and/or removing make-up from the skin and/or the mucous membranes and/or the eyes containing heterogeneous polyholoside.
