PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar system and the leakage inspecting method for the same, contriving the improvement in property of mounting work of instruments for the solar system as well as the shortening of a working time for mounting and facilitating the maintenance of the system as well as the leakage inspection of piping. SOLUTION: In the solar system, equipped with a solar collector installed on the surface of roofing, facility and instrument in a building utilizing solar heat collected by the solar collector and a supply pipeline as well as a return pipeline for circulating and supplying heat collecting medium between the solar collector and the facility and instrument, the respective pipelines for the supply passage are constituted so as to be equipped with pipeline connecting and relaying units, for dividing and connecting the respective pipelines on the halfway of conduits on the surface of roofing.
