PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost storing bag having a label therein. SOLUTION: A non-woven fabric and a transparent film are overlapped, circumferential edges of the non-woven fabric and the film are melted and adhered to each other to form a bag capable of storing a recording medium disk. The circumferential edge of the bag main body is provided with an index label which is formed in separate from the bag main body and adhered to it.
