PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure and technique to form a lid function wherein a bag is folded to prepare an open/close lid at a desired place using the bag itself and the lid is provided by folding the bag wherein the bag itself can serve both as the bag and the lid. SOLUTION: A thin and soft wire rod material made of stainless steel or aluminum is used as a raw material. The wire is aligned with a material to be used as a packaging material on right and left lateral faces of the bag, and is stuck to the pasted bag by thermal processing, and the wire can be set inside the bag. Therefore, the lid can be formed at will at the position where the bag is folded. Thus, the bag serves both as a bag and an open/close lid in common. For example, the bag is suitable as a bag for potato chips or the like, which is frequently unsealed and sealed while a consumer eats them, ceases eating, and then resumes eating at will. As a bag for snacks or the like, such a food bag is bothersome that is once unsealed, then repetitively unsealed and sealed using a rubber band or a Scotch tape (R). A folding of the bag serves as a lid, and a mouth of the bag can be sealed. The bag can be safely and hygienically sealed while preventing moisture.
