PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper driving device capable of performing a quiet operation by reducing reversing sound when a wiper blade changes the direction at a reversing position. SOLUTION: The wiper driving device 1 is provided with arm lifters 7 and 11 to lift wiper arms 6 and 10 in a direction away from a wiping surface when the wiper blades 8 and 12 reach the vicinities of both of the reversing positions.
