PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of accurate flow rate being unable to be measured, because sufficient rotating speed of an impeller is not obtained due to the mechanical resistance of the impeller in a range of low flow rate, with the rotating speed of the impeller being not proportional to the flow rate, when an impeller of the conventional turbine type flowmeter is rotated by fluid to be measured which has been rectified to be uniform flow. SOLUTION: A turbine-type flowmeter is provided with the impeller 4, which consists of a blade holding part 4a and a plurality of blades 4b disposed upright in the blade holding part and can rotate. In a rectifier for the turbine-type flowmeter which is installed in the upper stream side of the flowmeter and rectifies the fluid to be measured whose flow rate is measured by the flowmeter, with many penetrating holes, the center side of the rectifier 1 is so constituted that the fluid resistance becomes larger than that of the outer peripheral side.
