SOLUTION: This unlocking system using the mobile communication terminal 21 is provided with a lock device 11 fitted to a door 30, a lock driving part 12 for locking and unlocking the lock device 11, an electromagnetic wave detecting part 13 for detecting an electromagnetic wave generated by the mobile communication terminal 21 in receiving, and an unlock control part 14 for controlling the lock driving part 12 to unlock the lock device 11 when an electromagnetic wave is detected by the electromagnetic wave detecting part 13.
