PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film viewer where the light of a light source is made incident on a light guide plate, light is guided and the picture of a film can be viewed with luminous panel where light is emitted. SOLUTION: A film viewer 1 is provided with a power source 22, a light emitting part constituted of the light guide plates 11, 12 and 13 arranged at the back of the light emission plates 5, 25 and 26, the light sources 14, 15 and 16 and reflectors 17, 18 and 19, and a light emitting circuit part 23 operating by the supply of power and lighting the light source. Thus, the picture of the film 30 placed in front of the light emitting face of the light emission plate by emitting light from the light emitting part.
