PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the center frequency of a notch filter does not match a machine resonance frequency any more and machine resonance can not be suppressed in the case the machine resonance frequency changes by heat, etc., in the conventional technique. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a signal generating part 11 for generating a minute signal corresponding to a center frequency manipulated variable that changes the center frequency of the notch filter 3, an amplitude detecting part 12 for detecting the resonance amplitude of a machine, a multiplying part 13 for multiplying the minute signal by the resonance amplitude, a subtracting part 14 for taking difference between the output of the part 13 and zero, an integrating part 15 for integrating the output of the part 14, a coefficient part 15 for making the output of the part 15 constant number multiple and an adding part 16 for adding the output of the part 16 to the minute signal.
