PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the controller of a work machine continuing work by operating an actuator in a case where a regular operation cannot be controlled by a control means. SOLUTION: In a state where a connection switch means CN change over a system to a regular connection state and the control means H is connected to the actuator AC, the control means H controls the regular operation for controlling the actuator AC based on control information for controlling the regular operation, which is inputted from an information input means. In a state where the connection switch means CN changes over the system to an urgent connection state and an urgent operation means KS is connected to the actuator AC, the actuator AC can be operated by operation information for urgent operation, which is inputted from the urgent operation means KS of a manual operation type.
