PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve developing characteristics, to enhance photographic performance and to specifically provide superior image-forming method, in which the increase for fog of a photosensitive material and the deterioration of the developed color density-gradation balance of each color-sensitive layer will not be caused, even if rapid processing is carried out. SOLUTION: In the image-forming method, in which a silver halide color photographic sensitive material with photographic constitutive layers comprising at least one red-sensitive layer, at least one green-sensitive layer, at least one blue-sensitive layer and at least one non-photosensitive layer on one side of the base is exposed imagewise and color-developed with a color developing solution to obtain a dye image, at least one of the photographic constitutive layers contains a fluorine-containing amphoteric surfactant, and color development is carried out in 95-120 sec.
