PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semi-automatic rotary slide door device capable of simplifying the opening and closing operation and being automatically locked simultaneously with closing a door panel in a rotary slide door device in which a U-shaped arm is rockably fitted to one side of a frontage, upper and lower ends of the door panel are connected to the upper and lower arm tips of the U-shaped arm, and a sash pulley fitted to the upper end of the door panel is loosely fitted to an upper rail. SOLUTION: Spring force energizing in the direction of always opening the door panel 1 is applied to rocking hinges 6 of the U-shaped arm 2, both side ends of the door panel 1 are provided with latches 9a, 9b, and an operating part 10 for releasing the latches 9a, 9b is provided on the inside of the door panel.
