PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior wall panel having the construction for which only the exterior wall member can be easily replaced. SOLUTION: A projection 6 for hooking is provided at the rear side of an exterior wall surface member 2, at a corresponding position of a panel frame 3, a hole 5 for receiving the projection 6 for latching purpose is provided, the exterior wall surface member 2 is latched by the projection 6 and the hole 5 for receiving, and the panel frame 3 and an exterior surface member 2 are bonded to one united body by the adhesion of a thermoplastic adhesive 7 interposed between them.
