PHOTOCATALYTIC COATING COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photocatalytic coating composition improved in TiO2 powder dispersibility therein, having high photocatalytic activity and capable of thick film coating. SOLUTION: This photocatalytic coating composition is obtained by mixing (A) a photocatalytic dispersion toner comprising TiO2 particles, an alcohol/ cellosolve mixed solution and a dispersant with (B) an inorganic binder comprising a solid component comprising 40-70 wt.% of silica and 30-60 wt.% of an organohydroxysilane and a partial condensate thereof and a water/alcohol/ cellosolve mixed solvent.
