PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cosmetic having transparent feeling despite the cosmetic having sufficient covering force, affording natural finish causing no conspicuous pores and fleckles, slight in color change depending on observation direction, and capable of changing skin hue sense. SOLUTION: This skin cosmetic comprises (A) such composite inorganic powder that, for a sample uniformly coated with a mixture of talc and squalane, the difference between surface reflected light levels under the corresponding two specific measurement conditions (1) and (2), and the difference between the surface reflected light level under the condition (2) and a powder reflected light level, fall within specific ranges, respectively, and (B) such powder that, for a sample uniformly coated therewith, when a color measurement is made under two specific measurement conditions, the color difference defined by a specific formula falls within a specific range.
