PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the detection of the improper connection of indoor and outdoor units related to the difference between the rated source voltages of the indoor and outdoor units of an air conditioner at an early stage. SOLUTION: An indoor control device is provided with a means for storing the rated source voltage level of an indoor unit, and an outdoor control device is provided with a means for storing the rated source voltage level of an outdoor unit. In the case of the rated source voltage level of the indoor unit of 200 v and the rated source voltage level of the outdoor unit of 100 v at the time of connecting the indoor unit with the outdoor unit, an abnormality is determined, and the operation of an air conditioner is stopped. |
