SUBSTANCE: the complex comprises final use terminals with built-in individual interfaces, single information boars computing center with a multichannel input/output device, input/output controller, data base server and an information providing server. Communication between the halls with terminals and the computing center is accomplished with the aid of information transfer channels. Installed at the input of each transfer channel is a transacter made for acquisition of information from the terminals, its preprocessing, as well as for distribution of messages to the information boards. The information providing server is made for connection to the information transfer channels to other halls of the given town, as well as to the halls of other towns and states. The complex allows the use not only of game machines, but conduct any electronic lotteries and drawings with a prize fund.
