PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a software use permission system in which an application can be continuously used even when its expiration data elapses and the fee for application use after the expiration date can be charged as a detention charge. SOLUTION: Software is installed a user's computer, the user performs member registration in a server, the server sells the user a prepaid key that makes software with use permission available through a network, and also charges the price for selling the prepaid key to the member registration data of the user, the expiration date of the software with use permission is set in the prepaid key, the user is allowed to use the software with use permission only up to the set expiration date with the charged price, and is charged further for the detention corresponding to the period when the software is used after the expiration date prescribed in the member registration data of the user. |
