PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flash light-emitting circuit in which a loss of electric power is suppressed and cost is reduced. SOLUTION: The voltage of an incorcorated battery 1 is boosted to charge a main capacitor 13-1, a voltage-detecting circuit 18 refers to the detection result of the voltage, and a control circuit 19 drives an IGBT element 17 with pulses, so that the discharging current flowing to the IGBT element 17 is always less than the permissible current of the IGBT element 17. |
