PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current source circuit that operates with a power supply voltage being lower than in the conventional practice. SOLUTION: The PMOS transistor QP0 of a reference current generation circuit 1 and the PMOS transistors QP1 and QP2 of current paths 2 and 3 constitute a current mirror circuit. Thus, current I1 that is the same as current caused to flow to the generation circuit 1 is fed to the current paths 2 and 3. In the current paths 2 and 3, extra current that surpasses a stable operating current I2=I5 determined by a resistor R2 and a diode D is drawn to NMOS transistors QN1 and QN2 which are connected to terminals NG1 and NG2 and constitute a current mirror circuit.
