PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic having a transparent feeling in spite of having a sufficient covering force, exhibiting a natural finish, not showing pores of a skin, spots and freckles as conspicuous and excellent in both adhesion and ductility/malleability. SOLUTION: This cosmetic contains (A) a compounded inorganic powdery material showing 7-15 difference between each of the amounts of surface reflected light measured under conditions of 45 deg. incident light angle and 45 deg. receiving light angle, and 45 deg. incident light angle and 0 deg. receiving light angle in measuring the amount of a surface-reflected light angle and the amounts of a powder layer-reflected light angle under light receiving conditions of 2 views with C light by using a variable angle photometer mounted with an S polarized plate or a P polarized plate in its incident light side and receiving light side respectively on a specimen obtained by uniformly applying 10 mg mixture (weight ratio=47:47: 6) of the compounded inorganic powdery material, talc and squalane on a part of 10 cm×5 cm of a black colored artificial leather, and also (-)3-3 difference between the amount of the surface- reflected light and the amount of the powder layer-reflected light measured at 45 deg. incident light angle and 0 deg. receiving light angle, and (B) 1 kind or >=2 kinds of spherical compounded powder selected from a resin dispersed with titanium oxide or zinc oxide at its inside and loaded with zirconium oxide or aluminum oxide on its surface and silicon oxide.
