PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and economical packing apparatus which applies a little load to environments. SOLUTION: An upper cushion 3 made of a corrugated fiberboard formed like a box is provided between an outer box 15 and an upper part of a vacuum cleaner body 1 received in the box 15. Partitions 10 and 10 are extended between a base plate 4 of the upper cushion 3 in contact with the cleaner body 1 and a top plate 9 of the upper cushion 3 in contact with an internal surface of a top face of the outer box 15 to form two housings 13 and 14 in the upper cushion 3. In addition, suction nozzles 11 and 12 which are accessories of the body 1 can be received in the housings 13 and 14.
