PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a large organic EL display device without display unevenness. SOLUTION: A plurality of unit panels 10a to 10d are jointed and one organic EL display panel 100 is constituted. Since the respective unit panels can be manufactured with high yield, the display panel 100 can inexpensively be manufactured and the characteristics of thin film transistors for switching can be set similar in the respective unit panels and the occurrence of display unevenness accompanied with enlargement can be prevented even if the unit panels are combined and one panel is obtained.
