PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provided a radioluminescent panel excellent in moisture proofness and an antifouling property, and reduced in deterioration of image quality. SOLUTION: In this panel composed by laminating a phosphor layer 1, a protection layer 2 and an antifouling layer 3 on a support body 4 in this order, the protection layer 2 comprises a resin film 2a laminated on the phosphor layer 1, and a vapor deposition layer 2b of an inorganic substance vapor- deposited on the resin film 2a, having no photo-absorption in a wavelength range of 300 nm-1,000 nm, and having a gas barrier property, and the antifouling layer 3 contains a film forming resin, a reactive silicone, a crosslinker and white powder.
