PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibroscope that reduces random noise. SOLUTION: The vibroscope main body 1 is brought into close contact with the inside of a cooling hole 3 of a neutron reflector 2 by a spring 4. The spring 4 is fixed to a sleeve 6 tapered in the main body 1 with a fixing metal 5. The sleeve 6 is tapered to get larger in its diameter from the upstream side toward the downstream side with respect to the flow 7 of cooling water. The shape of the main body 1 is made to have a narrow flow passage in its downstream compared with that in its upstream, by this constitution. Force reverse- directional to vibration in a vibration accelerometer is thereby applied by inertia of a fluid when a vibroscope is vibrated even at a small extent of vibration. The vibration is damped thereby, and a random vibration level caused by turbulence of the flow is reduced to reduce a noise on measurement as an effect thereof.
