PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for inspecting terminal metal fixtures, capable of surely determining the quality of the fixation state of electric wires by the electric wire connecting part of a terminal metal fixture, especially by a caulking piece. SOLUTION: The device 1 for inspecting terminal metal fixtures is provided with an illumination lamp 4, a CCD camera 5, a black box 6, and a control device 7. The illumination lamp 4 and the CCD camera 5 are arranged at locations, at which light from the illuminating lamp 4 reflected by caulking pieces 212a and 212b of a pressure-welding terminal 200 is not incident on the CCD camera 5. The black box 6 covers the illumination lamp 4, the object side 5a of the CCD camera 5, and the pressure-welding terminal 200. The image of the electric wire connecting part 204 picked up by the CCD camera 5 is subjected to binarization processing by the control device 7. The control device 7 is provided for each caulking pieces 212a and 212b and determines the quality on the basis of an area to be black within the area to be inspected in the binarized image which includes at least part of the caulking pieces 212a and 212b.
