medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has oval flexible balloon with cylindrical end piece. Bushing having conic hole is mounted in the end piece. External protrusion of conic glass is mounted in bushing hole. Ring-shaped internal protrusion with cavity is created inside of the glass. U-shaped adapter unit is mounted in glass cavity. It is connected to magnetized metal rod with sharp distal cone by means of threaded connection. The rod is mounted to enable one to control its outward displacement value. Hole is made in the upper part of the adapter member. The hole matches the through internal canal of the external protrusion of the glass and the through internal slit on the lateral adapter member wall. Slit length is equal to 1/2 of lateral wall length. The adapter member is introduced into internal protrusion cavity to 1/3 of the own length.
