<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser marking apparatus capable of easily increasing a marking speed. SOLUTION: The scanner rotating shaft 13b of a 1st galvano scanner 13 is arranged with inclination around the optical axis of a laser beam LB with reference to a reference surface including the optical axis of the laser beam LB emitted from a laser oscillator 2, and also, the apparatus is constituted so that the area of the mirror 14a of a 2nd galvano scanner 14 may be reduced to the minimum based on the inclination angle of the scanner rotating shaft 13b of the 1st galvano scanner 13 and a mirror-to-mirror distance L between the mirror 13a of the 1st galvano scanner 13 and the mirror 14a of the 2nd galvano scanner 14.</p> |
