<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach and detach a nearly circular slack part at the middle of an optical cable by an operator who climbs up onto a utility pole with respect to a support for the optical cable aerially wired to the utility pole or the like. SOLUTION: In the aerial wiring support for the optical cable wherein the optical cable C is aerially wired, at a distance from the utility pole P, to a support arm 5 which is provided so as to protrude in the nearly horizontal direction on the side of the utility pole P and also the slack part C1 in which the optical cable C is rolled up into a nearly circle is provided in the vicinity of the utility pole P, a support member 20 which supports the slack part is provided at the tip of the support arm 5, and also locking devices 23 which lock plural places in the circumferential direction of the slack part C1 are provided in the support member 20, the locking devices 23 are provided on the side of the utility pole P of the support member 20 and also the slack part C1 is locked and fixed by the locking devices 23 on the side of the utility pole P of the support member.</p> |
