PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a standing pouch with a spout, which can secure a quantity to be poured out by using the spout. SOLUTION: A slope 4 is provided at a corner between an upper side and a lateral side of a pouch sidewall 2, a spout 5 for pouring out contents is thermally welded to the slope 4, and a hole 7 for hanging is provided at a corner on a thermally welded portion 6 of the pouch sidewall 2 and a pouch bottom 3, wherein the corner is located diagonally to the spout 5.
