PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect tab side terminals with terminals on an array substrate side without making a pitch of the tab side terminal arrangement denser even in a liquid crystal display device provided with a high-density source bus, and to avoid increase in size of the liquid crystal display device. SOLUTION: En external take-out terminal group 5 of a board 1 is divided into an inner 1st terminal row 51 and an outside 2nd terminal row 52. In the interlapping position between the 1st terminal row 51 and the 2nd terminal row 52, the board 1 is turned up on the back; the connection terminal row of the 1st tabs 71 are connected wit the 1st terminal row 51; and the connection terminal row of the 2nd tabs 72 are connected with the 2nd terminal row 52.
