PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor finish material which improves the workability, is not displaced after construction of a floor, and facilitates exchange and rearrangement thereof, whereby recycling thereof is achieved and resources are saved. SOLUTION: The plurality of floor finish materials 1 are laid on a floor substrate 100, and upper fixing members 4 and lower fixing members 5 which are detachably attached to each other, are fixed to a rear surface of each floor finish material 1 and a front surface of the floor substrate 100. Then, slits 2 are formed in the rear surface of the rectangular floor finish material 1, at longitudinal intervals in a manner extending in almost parallel with a lateral direction of the floor finish material. Further, an engaging means for engaging with other floor finish materials 1 adjacent thereto on both longitudinal edges are formed.
