PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building structure for a perishable food market, enabling perishable foods such as fish to be sanitarily processed. SOLUTION: The inside of a building T is divided into a display area AR2 requiring prescribed cleanliness set in advance, and a preprocessing area AR1 and a shipment preparation area AR3, wherein lower cleanliness than in the display area AR2 is made allowable. Wall parts 2 and 3, installed between the display area AR2 and the other areas AR1 and AR3, regulate the movement of an object from the area AR1 to the display area AR2.
