PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make effective use of the lot of an apartment house, etc. SOLUTION: A multi-story building 12 is constructed in part of the lot 10. A sunshine-side lot 14 is a lot section on the side whereon the building 12 is irradiated with sunlight. The building 12 has a plurality of underground sunlight requiring stories 22-28 requiring irradiation with the sunlight for a lower side than the ground. The lot 14 has sunshine excavated part 30 excavated so as to guide the sunlight to the stories 22-28. Consequently, the building 12 such as the apartment house permits its area to be increased on the strength of an increase in the number of the stories thereof while complying with the Building Standard Law and securing sunshine.
