PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an architectural structure excellent in fireproofness, heat insulating performance and durability and easy in execution work for both an outer wall of a new building and reform of a repairing building. SOLUTION: In this architectural structure, an outer heat insulating material layer 5 composed of an inorganic fibrous heat insulating material such as rock wool and glass wool having fireproof performance is fixed by spidle pins 6 to the outdoor side of wall surface materials 4 fixed to columns 3 of a housing building, a vinyl chloride resin siding material 2 is stretched around on the outdoor side of the outer heat insulating material layer 5, and the vinyl chloride resin siding material 2 and the outer heat insulating material layer 5 are installed by nails 50.
