PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide constitution for embedding a fixture in a grating without machining a receiving frame for placing the grating or to the circular waterway side, or combining a fixture of independent constitution to fix it to a laying part. SOLUTION: A cutout cavity part 5 is formed in a suitable position along the longitudinal centerline of the narrow grating 1, and a bearer 7 having a bearing for supporting a linear shaft rotatably while restricting thrust motion in a vertical direction is constituted in the position. The upper end of the linear shaft is formed into a screw head so as to be rotatable by a rotating tool, and the lower part is threaded. A rectangular locking plate 15 having a threaded hole at the center, with one piece narrower than the opening width of a circular waterway or the like and with the other piece wider than the opening width is screwed to the threaded part of the linear shaft. A stopper for limiting the turning of the locking plate is hangingly inserted in the lower part of the bearer.
