PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device for a construction machine so that at least some of a plurality of heat exchangers for the cooling devices are parallelly arranged and the cooling pipes supplying or discharging a cooling medium for the respective heat exchangers parallelly arranged to each other are disposed in the same side with the parallelly arranged heat exchangers so that the pipes for the cooling medium can be easily arranged. SOLUTION: Some cooling devices R constituted of a plurality of heat exchangers loaded on a construction machine P are parallelly arranged, and the inlet pipes 16i, 18i and the outlet pipes 16o, 18o of the parallelly arranged heat exchanger R1 are disposed at the same side. When the residual other cooling devices RN than the one side cooling device R1 parallelly arranged are installed, they are arranged so as to be superposed with the cooling devices R1 in series, and further, the cooling medium pipes 34, 36 for supplying and removing the cooling medium of the other cooling device RN are constituted compact by constituting at least a part of the cooling medium pipes 34, 36 installed so as to straddle the outer periphery of the side of the other cooling device R1.
