PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite false-twisted processed yarn having a peculiar slab tone uneven designing effect while maintaining a dignity as a filament, and also simultaneously being equipped with a yarn shape stability, a method for producing the same and woven and knitted fabrics of the same. SOLUTION: This composite false-twisted processed yarn consisting of at least >=3 thermoplastic filament yarns, and having fine parts of winding a yarn B around a yarn A singly and thick parts of winding a closed loop of the yarn B spirally around the yarn A as overlapping is provide by winding a yarn C around the outer circumference of the thin and thick parts while intermittently forming multiply wound parts.
