PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition having well balanced impact resistance, weather resistance and a coloring property, solving the problem of a flow mark or a bronze phenomenon and having low glossiness with suppressing a surface gloss. SOLUTION: A complex rubber latex is composed of polyorganosiloxane rubber component (I) of 1-20 wt.%, a conjugated dien rubber component (II) of 1-20 wt.%, a polyalkyl(meth)acrlate rubber component (III) of 60-98 wt.% and has a mean particle diameter of >0.2 micron but <=2.0 micron. The thermoplastic resin composition is composed of a graft copolymer (A) of 1-100 wt.% prepared by polymerization of 10-200 wt.%, to the rubber weight, of at least one or more groups selected from an aromatic vinyl monomer, a vinyl cyanide monomer, and an alkyl(meth)acrylate monomer and a copolymer (B) of 99-0 wt.% prepared by polymerization of at least one or more groups selected from an aromatic vinyl monomer, a vinyl cyanide monomer and an alkyl(meth) acrylate monomer.
