PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently support sales works. SOLUTION: Merchandise information including item group codes to represent item groups comprising plural items, and merchandise specification information of which form is determined based on the item group coded is inputted from a vender terminal 18 to be accumulated in an EDI server 14. The management server 13 periodically extracts newly accumulated merchandise information in the EDI server 14 to be transferred to a data base server 15 to be stored in a merchandise information data base 16a. The management server 13 accumulates information sent from an information manager terminal 11, and when the information manager terminal 11 or a merchandise seller terminal 12 is accessing, access is allowed with priority on a WEB page displayed first after execution of a log-in process. The management server 13 enables searching for merchandise information matching the item group or merchandise specification information set by the merchandise seller terminal 12, and it also enables formation of a written estimate based on result of searching.
