<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a ceramic construction material utilizing industrial waste such as PS ash or fly-ash from a fluidized bed furnace containing high calcium content developing enough strength as a cement additive. SOLUTION: This method of producing a ceramic construction material comprises the steps of mixing a cement formulation comprising cement, silica sand, pulp fiber as a reinforcement as main components, and added by necessary aggregate, filler and the like, where fly-ash is used as the additive, adding colloidal silica into the whole of the formulated materials to a uniform mixture, forming the product from the mixture, and hardening by ageing.</p> |
