PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition using VNB(vinylnorbornene)ethylene-α-olefin-non-conjugated diene copolymer, in which formation of crosslinked particles is surpressed, appearance of a molded article and mechanical intensity are improved, and which has excellent rubber elasticity, oil resistance, chemical resistance, weather resistance, thermostability and economical effect of reducing an amount of a crosslinking agent. SOLUTION: The composition consists of (A) a VNB ethylene-α-olefin non- conjugated diene copolymer rubber, (B) a thermoplastic resin, (C) a inhibitor of forming prescribed crosslinking particles, and is manufactured by crosslinking (A).
