PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin composition having excellent flexibility, transparency, impact resistance at a low temperature and thermostability. SOLUTION: The polyolefin composition consists of (I) crystalline propylene polymer in which intrinsic viscosity is more than 0.5 dL/g, and which contains at least 80 wt.% insoluble fraction in xylene at room temperature, (II) atactic or amorphous propylene polymer in which intrinsic viscosity is more than 0.5 dL/g. (III) elastomeric olefin polymer consists of an ethylene copolymer selected from 3-8Cα-olefin, in which intrinsic viscosity ranges 1-4 dL/g. In this polyolefin composition, density of elastimeric olefin polymer (deOP) meets relation of equation; deOP±0.005= dcPP×[WcPP/(WcPP+WaPP)]}+ daPP×[WaPP/(WcPP+WaPP)]} [wherein, WcPP and WaPP is weight percentage of component (I) and (II) resperctively, dcPP and daPP is density of component (I) and (II) respectively at room temperature].
