PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column cover fitted with an object accommodation box capable of being constructed at low cost, easily manufacturable, and allowing simple installation. SOLUTION: The column cover made of plastics is composed of an upper column cover 15 covering the over-part of a steering column C, a lower column cover 20 to cover the under-part of the steering column, and an object accommodation box 30 fixed to the undersurface 21 of the lower column cover and constituting an accommodating space in the area to the undersurface of the lower column cover, wherein the lower column cover and object accommodation box are molded in a single piece while a hinge part 25 is interposed.
