PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stun grenade where a bullet shell part itself is prevented from fractured owing to combustion of a blasting powder, and the fractions of constituent parts of a middle cylinder, where the bullet shell part is loaded with a blasting powder, are prevented from scattering to the outside, and igni tion constituent parts assembled in the bullet shell part are prevented from being separated and scattered. SOLUTION: There are provided a safety apparatus, a blasting powder, a cylinder for accommodating the blasting powder, an ignition constituent part for igniting the blasting powder, and a bullet shell part that accommodates the foregoing cylinder and mounted on the foregoing ignition constituent section. The bullet shell section has numerous light-emitting holes and strength which will not rupture due to the combustion of the blasting powder.
