PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of locking vibration of a building or the like even when vertical rigidity is reduced. SOLUTION: An accumulator 55 filled with pressurizing gas 55a is connected to bottom oil chambers 53a of two base isolation devices 50, thereby exhibiting a vertical base isolation function having a small vertical rigidity. An upper oil chamber 53b of a No.1 base isolation device 50 is connected to a lower oil chamber 53c of a No.2 base isolation device 50, and a lower oil chamber 53c of the No.1 base isolation device 50 is connected to an upper oil chamber 53b of the No.2 base isolation device 50; thereby providing a cross state connection. Therefore, even when No.1 and No.2 pistons 52 apt to vertically move in the opposite phase, the cross state connection prevents the movement in the opposite phase to prevent the occurrence of the locking vibration of the building.
