PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cramp with a low-cost simple structure which can be elastically fixed preventing a joint bolt from loosening due to vibration or the like. SOLUTION: This cramp is provided with a main body 2 letterformed U with opposed both legs 3 and 4. In a clamp 1 screwing and penetrating an engagement volt 6 clamping the flange part 10 of H steel between the other leg part on the other both legs parts 3 and 4 facing this main body 2 letterformed U, the deformation of the main body 2 could be modulus of section of 50-80 percent of the bearing force of the yield point of the main body 2 when the engagement volt 6 is clamped. Moreover tilting the engagement volt 6 toward the inside screws and penetrates the main body 2.
