PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an appearance of a high class residence having a series of a continuous united body of neighbor window frame sashes for which exterior wall panels with window frames are arranged adjacently through gaps and the gap portions are covered with a column cover. SOLUTION: A window frame sash 3 is attached to an opening portion 2 of an exterior sash 3, a vertical frame 4 of the window frame sash 3 is located at the exterior surface of the side end portion, and an exterior wall panel 5 having a window frame sash is formed. Exterior wall panels 5 with window frame sashes are arranged in such a manner that the vertical frames 4 face each other through the gap 6. The gap 6 portion is covered with a column cover 7. To the outer surface of the column cover 7, a decorative vertical edge member 8 having the same material as that of the vertical frame 4 of the window frame sash 3 is arranged in parallel to the window sash 3.
