SOLUTION: The eaves structure of the building is so constituted that a ventilating ventiduct S2 is provided to the inside of the rear end section of the eaves soffit panel 7 along the longitudinal direction of a roof beam 2, at the same time, the rear end section of the eaves soffit panel 7 is bent to an exterior wall side in a Z-shape, a plurality of vent holes 722 are arranged to the bent rise section 721 in the longitudinal direction of the roof beam 2 at regular intervals, a fire resisting damper 53a is energized to the inside of the upper end of the rise section 721 in a rotatable manner and that the fire resisting damper 53a is pivoted to close the vent holes 722 in case of fire.
